Reassign Nightingale

The Nightingale project will no longer be using Launchpad, and I was working on removing it. However, after deleting the team that was designated as maintaining the project, I can no longer edit anything or remove the project. I am the one who registered the project, so if it can be reassigned to me or simply be deleted, I would appreciate it.

I deactivaed the project.
