Spam in bugreport

there is a spam comment in could you please remove it and close the account?

Considering the user was actually responsive to a bug, I'd suspect it was inadvertent spam comment (i.e. someone taken over his email account). We should still remove the spam, but I'm letting the user know about the problems he might be causing.

LOSAs, let's please remove the spam comment, but if we see more spam from this user (this is the first one, so I am just guessing some malware on a computer he accessed his email from is responsible), we should disable the account as well.

Ah yes you are right, I looked if he commented on other bug but didn't notice he made other comments than the spam in this bug

Sorry to have caused problems. I do a Work At Home job and have to connect into the company VPN for Work At Home agents. So I have a Virtual Box VM for WinXP for my work stuff only. I had AVG on this XP VM but apparently that didn't stop anything. Needless to say, to fix this issue I just deleted this VM. So there shouldn't be any further issues. Also to further reduce this problem. I'll be sure not to set my gmail email up in a mail client on my new VM.
