Removing a confirmed email address

Asked by ChemTand

I have removed one of my two confirmed email address of my launchpad account, but it seems to be still active: for instance, I can still log in using my removed address, and it still appears in my address list on the launchpad login service page (https://login.launchpad.net/<SomeGibberish>/+edit).
How can I REALLY remove my email address?

Launchpad (the SSO account actually) never deletes an email address, it only marks it an deactivated. The email address can be reactivated using resetpassword too. An admin can trully delete an email address if you need it deleted. He will need to know which email address.
