Publication Pending for a endless time

There seems to be an issue with the publication for some users.
My packages can be found at https://launchpad.net/~hakaishi/+archive/qshutdown/+packages

Since this is not a problem about some settings, could someone please look where this issue comes from and try solving it?
I've already tried deleting the old packages and reupload, but the problem is still there...
