Can already imported opengpg key be moved to another account?

Asked by Gunnar Thielebein

I have created a new account with the emailaddress associated to a opengpg key that I want to use for a new repo.

There is an old account existing where this key was imported in the past. But the key is disabled now in that accounts preferences.

Problem I can't sign the code of conduct for the new account because i see no way to get this opengpg key appear in my new account.

When trying to import I get the message

''The key 1D73220345D8D0DCB6*************** has already been imported.''

Any idea?

The best solution is to merge your old account with your existing account.

https://edge.launchpad.net/people/+requestmerge

When you complete the merge the key will be transfered automatically.

Can you help with this problem?
