How to permit google code to forward bug email to Launchpad mail-list?

Asked by Homer Xing

Dear all,

I registered a open source project on Launchpad. And I also opened a mail-list. This project uses code.google.com to track bugs. I configured code.google.com as follows: If anybody reportes a bug, then code.google.com automatically forward the bug email to my Launchpad mail-list. However, this method does not work.

My question is: How to configure my Launchpad mail-list, in order to permit <email address hidden> to post email to my Launchpad mail-list ?

Thank you very much!

We currently only allow email addresses that are registered with Launchpad to send messages to Launchpad mailing lists. We can probably manually add other email addresses, but I'm not sure this is good policy. We don't expose the equivalent of Mailman's accept_these_nonmembers, but perhaps we should. If you think so, you might turn this question into a bug and we'll think about it.

Can you help with this problem?
