Reassign mythtv project ownership from ~registry to ~mythbuntu

The mythtv project used to be owned by ~ubuntu-mythtv. We decided that the ~ubuntu-mythtv project was surplus so it was removed. However, ownership wasn't handed over to ~mythbuntu prior to deletion which has made ~registry the owner. We really need this resolved quickly, as we need to be able to set some series.
