Reactivating mailing list failed (digitalblot)

In hopes of possibly changing the mailing list policy from restricted to team members only to open to all, while maintaining a restricted team, I deactivated the mailing list. As I tried reactivated it, Launchpad requested that I ask a question on Answers in order for an administrator to help resolve the problem.

To do this, Id need to purge the current list. If this is okay, please let me know and I'll do that so you can recreate the list.
