where rosetta gets the translators number?

Where does rosetta gets the translators in this page:

https://translations.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/lucid/

For example: it pt_BR team we have about 151 translators, you can see bellow:

https://launchpad.net/~lp-l10n-pt-br/

That is the number of contributors and not the number of members in the translation QA team appointed for that language.

in exemple, there are only 13 members in ubuntu-l10n-ro, while we have about 230 persons who contributed to the translations.

If someone adda a suggestion to language it is considered a contributor.
