Why are binary versions not published in PPA?

I managed to get a package to build in my PPA, however for the last few days its status seems to be stuck in 'Pending publication'. Is there something wrong with my package? How could I prevent this in the future?

The package in question is Sfxr at https://launchpad.net/~ghostonline/+archive/personal/+packages

Ok so I've fixed this to publish again.

Its publishing flag was turned off in your https://launchpad.net/~ghostonline/+archive/personal/+edit page.

I'm guessing you did that by mistake!
