Changing projects URL

Hi, I have a project on launchpad called Hopper (was originally called Frog Game). When I was trying to change the name from Frog Game to Hopper, I could only change the name of the project, but not the URL of the project.

My project is located at: https://edge.launchpad.net/frogger if possible I'd like to change that to https://edge.launchpad.net/hopper

As far as I know, that project does not exist, and changing the URL would allow me to use that name without having to create a new project, and try and recreate bug reports and blue prints on the new one.
