Create mailing list for Ubuntu Bulgarian Translators

I am administrator in the Ubuntu Bulgarian Translators team and I cannot create a mailing list for it (https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-l10n-bg). Can you, please, help me?

I am not sure what went wrong, but I think I fixed the blocking issue. However, there may be another community problem.

You could not create a mailing list because one had been created, but it was not approved (mailing lists requried approval in the past, but not now). The Ubuntu community asked Launchpad not to host their mailing lists. We no longer enforce this rule, but we ask that Ubuntu teams to honour it. You are free to create a mailing list, but make sure the Ubuntu community agrees you should host it on Launchpad.
