Can you import an mbox file to pre-load a mailing list archive?

This file has the history of the mailing list for "KiCad Developers", and is a gzipped mbox file that I would like for you to import into said mailing list as its initial history.

stop. the file I link to is not complete. put on hold until I can get a complete mbox file. The file was not properly constructed using some perl script I found.
