is the bazaar/launchpad server down ?

Hi,
Is the server down ?
I'm getting the following error. Or is it a problem on my end ?

No that means your public key is not matching with what you have stored on launchpad, did you change something on your side (like make a new key) and then forgot to upload it maybe?
