spam spam spam

Asked by Daniel Hahler

Here's some spam / comments to remove:
 - https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/363691/comments/7 (via http://<email address hidden>/msg10529.html - one of the better results for googling "launchpad report spam")

Would be great to get bug 45419 fixed.
It's not that difficult to add a "flag" feature and would easily remove a lot of energy required for reading and deleting the spam that's currently there.

There should be a convenient way to report a question as SPAM.

@blueyed, please file a separate question about that - it's usually not a good idea to follow up to long-solved questions, as these are too easily lost. (My normal tools for this don't seem to be working for imported comments, so it'll require a bit more work.)
