Latgalian language request (ISO 639-3 code: ltg)

Hello,
please add Latgalian language to Launchpad languages list. Latgalian language now officially has ISO 639-3 code:

ISO 639-3 code: ltg
Plural forms: nplurals=3; plural=(n%10==1 && n%100!=11 ? 0 : n != 0 ? 1 : 2);

Thanks. This language had in fact already been registered in Launchpad, with the same information: https://translations.launchpad.net/+languages/ltg

However there seems to be a problem with the examples that the page shows: it gives none for form 2! I'm trying to figure out why this is but so far I'm stumped.

Found the reason why from 2 didn't show up in the examples list: the examples never include 0 for some reason. Following up separately.
