Projects with native rosetta translation

I participate in translating projects in Launchpad. I would really like to know, how can one distinguish between project, that has native rosetta translation (no upstream, rosetta translations are available to other linux distributions) and imported translations (changes in translations don't go directly to project sources).

I have found this page:

Is that what I am looking for? Is that a list of projects, where Rosetta *is* the upstream (in translations)? List of projects, where using Rosetta means translating for all linux users, not just (eg.) Ubuntu?

Hi Kamil,

If you look at a project's page such as https://launchpad.net/jokosher, you'll see on the right it says "Uses Translations". This means that the project registrant has specified that Launchpad is being used to do translations. With such a project, you can be reasonably sure that your translations will make it into a future release (and then make it into the various distributions).

For projects that are not using Launchpad for translations, you can translate them in the context of Ubuntu. In this case, your translations should show up in an Ubuntu language pack.
