please remove "Ubuntu Media Relations" from the ubuntu-women team

the Ubuntu women team includes an entry for Ubuntu Media Relations, however this does not exist. The team admins can't remove the entry. The url for the media relations thing is https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-press-team-merged which returns a 404 error. It is making launchpadlib scripts that itterate through the team members fail.
