The account 'danielholbach' has been deactivated and so isn't in the list of accounts we can merge. Can you try this link and see if this lets you merge that account:

No, it does not work: http://daniel.holba.ch/requestmerge.png - 'dholbach' is the only valid option I can choose.

I think it may be because there's no email address associated with the danielholbach account. Is there another email address that you have (that isn't currently registered to dholbach) that I could add to that account and then have you try again?

Fixed now. That was really weird -- we had to add and confirm that email address. Not sure what was wrong with that account.

That may be one of the accounts that were manually merged before people
merging was implemented.
