This is wierd. There is a request to suspend the author of this question: <https://answers.edge.launchpad.net/launchpad/+question/101807> As for the user referenced in this question, he has only made one change to a bug <https://bugs.launchpad.net/lilregcleaner/+bug/520849>. I asked the owner of the project if he thinks that this user is abusive.

Who is this user? He did wrongly change a bug, but that was resolved. I do not see any problems with this user since the problem was resolved.
