Comment 19 for bug 88818

That's where the "Report a bug" button on https://bugs.launchpad.net/ leads to. But the form defaults to reporting a bug on the Ubuntu distribution, and even choosing "Project" and leaving the project field blank returns an error as it should. So I don't see how that could lead people to choosing the Launchpad project.
