When composing a private e-mail message to someone involved with Ubuntu, I entered their name in the "To:" field, and my mail client auto-suggested an e-mail address for that person. However, it was actually the e-mail address of a Launchpad Answers question that the person had commented on, and not the person's real e-mail address. Fortunately I noticed this in time, but I wasn't pleased.
I think Launchpad bug reports should behave either like mailing lists, "From" the name and real address of the commenter and "Followup-To" the number and address of the bug report; or like Bugzilla, "From" the number and address of the bug report.
