Comment 1 for bug 122

i've created the relevant instructions at https://wiki.launchpad.canonical.com/DatabaseSetup but not been able to test it on a new installation from scratch. Stub, I couldn't take over this bugtask, nor could i mark it fixed, so go ahead and close the bug if the instructions look good to you.
