How do I file a bug against a Launchpad web page?

https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+archivemirrors incorrectly reports the status of mirrors. How can I file a bug about it?

For example:
For https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+mirror/mirrors.ccs.neu.edu-archive, of the "Versions and architectures mirrored", all are reported as "Last update unknown" except Intrepid Ibex, which is "Up to date". Indeed, currently the Lucid Lynx mirror is many weeks out of date.

Yet https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+archivemirrors shows "Up to date", for Northeastern University College of Computer Science.

user can report bugs from the bugs tab of the the launchpad project (https://bugs.launchpad.net/launchpad). This specific page is a part of the launchpad-registry project's code. This is not a bug though. There is no problem in the code.

Mirror status are often our of sync in data because there are multiple status for a mirror and you are seeing that the data for one aspect is up to date. There are other parts that are not current.
