'not enough licences' to register my computer

I am a new member attempting to register my computer, but I get the message 'There are not enough licences available for Martin Corrick.' What do I do now? (Initially submitted under wrong subject - now changed to Landscape.)

I don't think this is a Launchpad project? Maybe you are talking about Landscape? (https://launchpad.net/landscape)

If that's the case, you can simply use 'Edit question' and change the project for this question to landscape.

Helo Martin,

sorry for the delay. For a speedier response, please use the "Feedback" option from within Landscape. It's located in the left menu once you are logged in.

Regarding your specific question, there is no need to register a computer with Landscape in your case because your account is only entitled for support, not management features, so all you need to use is the "Support Cases" menu item on the left.

No need to apoligize, we actually consider the way the interface was presented to you a bug. You should not be seeing all those other options which do not apply to your case.

We hope it will be fixed in the next production rollout in a few weeks.
