Example's "TransferService" SOAP interface thorws "XML Parsing Error"

When launched Python example v.0.6.3 SOAP interfaces return error:

XML Parsing Error: prefix not bound to a namespace
Location: http://localhost:8080/TransferService/soap/description
Line Number 5, Column 833:

SOAP interfaces for other services in the example seems to work correct. This is probably related to file attachment functionality.
How to make it work?
