Accessing SOAP input values

Hello,

I would like to get hint please, how to access passed values from soap client. This code: http://paste.ubuntu.com/1474375/ returns only:
2012-12-29 00:56:37,864 INFO {'type': <class 'str'>, 'nullable': True}
to log file. But I would like to have value which was passed to WS there instead.
