Please follow the instructions in http://wiki.l2tpipsecvpn.tuxfamily.org/wiki/index.php?title=Main_Page#Diagnose_IPsec_problems

If you can't figure out it yourself, paste your (anonymized) syslog entries after you have enabled debug mode as described and I'm going to try to help you in analyzing the problem.

Can you help with this problem?

Provide an answer of your own, or ask José Navas Sú for more information if necessary.
