Hi,

I am a beginner to Ubuntu, and I installed 11.10 on my laptop.
I tried to connect to the L2TP/IPsec VPN of my campus network, but every time it failed with the following information:

This problem disappeared as I reboot the laptop. However, I still could not get connected to the VPN. Since the problem becomes different, I have raised another question on that issue.
