How do I change the e-mail program from Outlook to Thunderbird?

Hello Tinman,
Kontakter launches the system's default email program, so you need to change the default application to thunderbird...

But, i know that windows mail and outlook, if they're installed, it will not help to change the default email progrm, so there is only one way to fix that: http://www.downloadatoz.com/windows-registry/faq,how-to-change-the-default-mail-client-through-registry.html

Basically, you need to open the windows registry (regedit.exe) and change manually the mailto comand to thunderbird (see link above).
