when start the eeschema, the eeschema is no response. how to resolve it?

my step is :
1. start the Kicad by clicking the Kicad icon on the win7 desktop
2. i create a new project
3. i click the eeschema icon in the project
4. a new window with the title Eeschema displays.
5. if i click the mouse in the Eeschema window, the window backgroud changes to white. and the Eeschema window is no response.

my kicad version is 5.15
my system is win7, cpu is i5,ram 16G
