New Pad Shape

I would like to extend KiCad to allow for the creation of a new pad shape. Can you point me to the code in the source tree for an existing pad shape?

Hi Myron,

Are you thinking about any particular pad shape? There is on-going work to support rounded rectangle pads [1], it may give you some hints in case you need something else.

random shape as long its a closed area

on my wishlist

also for the silkscreen to be disconnected in shape and free-drawable as well.
