Set cvpcb config button doesn´t function

I´m building the bzr5044 in win7 x64. The Set CvPcb config button appear disable. Clinking on this button nothing happen. Is this correct?

I confirmed this behavior and no it is not correct. It either should launch the footprint library table editing dialog or be removed from the tool bar. I would prefer the former. It appears that you have found a bug.

I committed the fix for this in the product branch revision 5071.
