linux install script fails on installing libraries

I've installed the linux script on linuxmint without any problems but on the ubuntu 10.04LTS if failed few times at the end of the script after finished to install kicad and trying to install the libraries.

it says something like: "makefiles are missing and there are no targets defenishing..." (Translated it).

Same here on Linux Mint 16.

The script fails with the message:
step 9) as non-root, install user configuration files...
make: *** No rule to make target `install_github_fp-lib-table'. Stop.

if I run the command manually,
"make install_github_fp-lib-table",

I get:
make: getcwd: No such file or directory
make: *** No rule to make target `install_github_fp-lib-table'. Stop.

Can somebody help solve the problem?
