Thermal Pad

Ich habe mit Kicad einen 4 Lagen Print erstellt. Die Innenlagen sind GND und +5V. Wenn ich ein SMD Bauteil mit GND oder 5V verbinden möchte und ein VIA setze gibt es eine Verbindung mit dem Innenlayer. Allerdings ist die Verbindung nicht als Thermal Pad ausgeführt. Wie kann ich diese Verbindung als Thermal Pad ausführen ?

  I created a 4-layer Kicad board. The inner layers are GND and +5 V. If I want to connect a SMD component with GND or 5V, and a VIA set there is a connection to the inner layer. However, the connection is not a thermal pad. How can I make this connection a thermal pad?

Answer:

  In the layer settings set pad options to "Thermal". All connections on a layer must be the same type, Include (connected), Thermal, or Exclude.
