why does md5sum always not correct

I download kicad-winbuilder-3.4-2.7z,but I can't open it with 7-zip,the md5sum is not same with the download link. I download it twice, but it's always not correct.

I download it in company. Now it's ok.

The issue was most likely a proxy issue. Maybe the installer can post a separate error for a 0byte file to make this easier to figure out?
