How to enable Interactive Router

Nope, it's already being built. Once the build finishes, open up PCBNew and hit the "F11" key, which will switch to the OpenGL Canvas. If you try to lay a track in the OpenGL Canvas it will automatically use the interactive router. Be warned, this still seems to be fairly unstable, so save often.
