is there an API for query user's service catalog via user's token or admin token?

Is there any API to query user's service catalog via user's token or Admin token . instead of username/ password ?

 List Endoints for a Token

Must have the parir of service & templates in endpoints table.
It could not retrieve the global endpoints .
