Python/API calls for mapping tenants to endpoints

I'm building some tools to help internal folks with managing users. It appears there is no way assign endpoints to tenants via API (documentation or not implemented?). The only way I've found to do this is with keystone-manage. It appears keystone-manage performs these functions using keystone.backends.api, which I suppose makes sense, but I was wondering if there was something higher level exposed?

Hi Eric,

Right now there's no API or mechanism exposed to enable that kind of thing. There are some discussions about how to enable exactly this kind of thing coming up at the Folsom Design summit (related to the blueprints:
 * https://blueprints.launchpad.net/keystone/+spec/make-service-catalog-better
 * https://blueprints.launchpad.net/keystone/+spec/keystone-domains

So there's definitely some discussion coming on what to do and where to go with things, but it's not there in this release.
