Why Keryx does not have PPA for distribution?

It is unlear why Keryx does not have PPA for distribution?

Do you plan to create such PPA with dev-packages for all currently supported Ubuntu releases?

No one has worked on Keryx actively for several years, so that's the main reason. Also, when your machine is offline, having a package doesn't really help too much, and it is intended to support Windows and Mac which don't have packages.
