Audio from speakers have delay, comparing with mic

Hello, I have setup kazam to record audio from two sources: Front microfone and Speakers in Linux Mint 17, it uses pulse audio. But it have some delay in speakers, three or four seconds, how this delay can be eliminated? thanks!
