Can I make a screenshot of a webpage, add my comment, and upload the video to youtube?

I want to make videos as follows: I take a screenshot of a sales page; I add my review or comment with my microphone; I add a live link to another web page at the foot of the sales page screenshot. All this creates a simple vide that I can upload to youtube.

The viewer on youtube will then see a static shot of the salespage and hear my review, at the end of which he will be able to click on the live link at the foot of the sales page and get taken to further information.

Is this possible with your software?
