404 & htaccess

Im having some trouble after install Jisko...

I removed the # over 28 line, but error still happening...

I can't find .htaccess file? where is? Come with package?

It is in the SVN, maybe you didn't see it because Windows, Mac an Linux OS hide them.

Try searching on google for a solution...
