On my reply screen i get the following error:
Warning: mysql_result(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /public_html/includes/db.php on line 976

Can anyone help?

Only when it is a new user and he has no replies from any other users

For exemple:

login here -> http://xbox360graus.com/
user: vitorpps
pass: 207054

then go to this page -> http://xbox360graus.com/notes/replies

Then u gonna see the line of error!

Yeah I saw the error. Can you please report it as a bug at
http://bugs.launchpad.net/jisko ?
