before installation function rename

Hi,

here another message appearing before installation:

Warning: rename(/var/www/vhosts/kimtumtu.org/httpdocs/v2/users/,/var/www/vhosts/kimtumtu.org/httpdocs/v2/users_files) [function.rename]: Permission denied in /var/www/vhosts/kimtumtu.org/httpdocs/v2/core.php on line 31
There was an error while trying to rename the folder "users" to "users_files". Please rename it to run Jisko properly

After I rename the folder users manually, the messages disappears. Uploading Files doesn't work. The system will not creative the subfolders for every user in the users_files-folder.
