Pues bien, sugeriria cambiar el enlace "home" por "inicio" o alguno que se le parezca ya que no coordina el inglés y español, le da un aire de spanglish a la web.

También estaría bien que pusieran en Español el texto que aparece cuando se pone el cursor en los botones borrar nota, añadir a favoritos, responder...
