Installer stops at Step 3

Whenever I try to create the admin account, it comes up with the line

'Couldn't create the upload folders for the admin user'

Have I done something wrong?

Hello friend,

Well is not a folder or address admin friend is just a configuration of user roles. to carry out the installation of Jisko the user that installation takes place in either admin or another nick that there cele entered by default gives the admin role. whether to carry out the installation can take carry out any problems that configuration in this case directly to the database. I give the steps.

1 - go to your database

2 - select the table "permissions"

     User ID Register your user account ok. Role Permission Admin = 1
3 - id userid can_panel
 1 January 1

and ready and has admin role.
