about Chinese tag

jisko can not support chinese tag. for example.

#学习班 it does not work.
#中文 微博内容

“中文” is Chinese character. but it does not work as for tag.

so I suggest use #tag# as tag sign(mark). thanks.

I expect jisko can add Chinese tag support in 3.0,
I think it is easy to resolve it.

I think #tag# is better than #tag.
