How to print the slides?

Just as slides created by PowerPoint, I can print them easily.
But printing the SVG file created by Inkscape in the browser, say Firefox, I have to print the slides one by one by manually flipping to that slide.
Is there any other automatic way to accomplish that goal?

So far, printing the slides one by one either in Inkscape or the browser is the only way you can print the presentation. However, I have received this request before I created a blueprint for it (https://blueprints.launchpad.net/jessyink/+spec/pdf-export). I will definitely look into this question.
