interPopula fails to download HapMap data

interPopula might fail to download HapMap data, this happens for two reasons:

1. The directory structure of the HapMap FTP site changes from version to version (and from phase to phase). We mostly support recent versions.

2. Unfortunately the same version/phase can also change over time in directory structure :( . In that case interPopula will stop working.

In any case, if interPopula does not work for you, the best thing to do is to contact us, sending the error from interPopula, your code and reference to the phase that you are trying to access.

Unfortunately the HapMap directory structure seems to be a "moving target" which is impossible to predict. We do our best to adapt. Please inform us of any problems.
